Sweet – Slow, deliberate setup of a few poses. (~20 minutes)

            Sweat – Slow breath paced vinyassa (includes all of the asansas from Sweet)  (~50 minutes)

            Surrender – Mind, body, gap building.  Cooldown, Savasana.   (~20 minutes)

Please bring a mat, water and any props you made need (blocks, straps etc)

Your Own Determination (YOD)

​

YOD is yoga with cardio and strength/

​

It's in three parts:   a warmup where we set the stage, the YOD and then a cool down.

​

The YOD has two components - an integration portion -which has direct connections between the Warmup and the YOD - and the actual YOD.

​

You will work out - but you will work out in a structured way at your own abilities.
